Felicia Marinescu is our Broker Associate. A rising star in the field of Chicago real estate sales, Felicia started her career in 2001. She gained valuable experience in all aspects of Chicago property management including leasing, tenant relations, bookkeeping and accounting.

Paul Marinescu
Paul Marinescu began his career in the Chicago real estate industry in the field of property management in 1991. Paul serves as the primary coordinator of the ‘physical’ responsibilities for the properties managed. He works closely with property owners, reputable licensed vendors and contractors, overseeing tenant improvements, and coordinating work schedules with the general contractor and their sub-contractors. Paul oversees the day-to-day responses to building issues, supervises and directs our team of property managers to ensure that the goals and objectives of the company and the customer are met and exceeded.

Pimrati 'Pam' Sirikaran
Pam joined Mod Realty in 2011 as a part- time customer service representative. She has a Bachelor degree in corporate communications and a passion for Chicago real estate. She comes with an extensive background in luxury retail and is well known for providing excellent customer service.

Suchida Chaiyadej
Suchada joined the Mod Realty family in the summer of 2011 as part-time marketing manager and customer service representative. She has a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design and loves anything artsy. When she is not clocked in at Mod Realty, Suchada is either bartending at Chicago's hottest nightclubs, volunteering somewhere to make this world a better place, or auditioning for the next TV commercial.

Ghienhel has worked in customer service and relations in almost every field. With a resume that includes major companies like Gucci, Tom Ford and even Starbucks Coffee, Ghienhel has worked with a great variety of individuals. Today she enjoys life in a totally different industry. She is a Pilates instructor trainee and Mod Realty's office assistant. What a great balance!
